Jana has served as President & CEO of Leisnoi, Inc., an Alaska Native Village Corporation, since 2015. Prior to becoming CEO, she was the Chairwoman of the Board from 2011-2015. Prior to joining Leisnoi, Jana was V.P. of Legal Affairs & General Counsel for Ahtna, Inc. from 2011-2015 and Sr. V.P. of Corporate Affairs for Afognak Native Corporation from 2005-2011. Preceding 2005, Jana was with the Kodiak Area Native Association, a tribal non-profit organization, providing health & social services to the native community.
Jana currently serves on the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED) and the Alaska Native Village Corporation Association (ANVCA) Boards of Directors. She was appointed to the Alaska Aerospace Corporation Board of Directors by Governor Mike Dunleavy in 2020. Jana previously served on the Tangirnaq Native Village Council, the Koniag Board of Directors, and as Alaska Native Law section co-chair of the Alaska Bar Association.
Jana was born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her juris doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Jana is Alutiiq, a shareholder of Koniag, Inc. and Leisnoi, Inc., and a tribal citizen of the Tangirnaq Native Village.

Kathy grew up in Anchorage Alaska and has spent over 26 years working with Alaska native corporations. Kathy joined Leinsoi in 2019. She has had the opportunity to participate in oversight of accounting for multiple business lines including construction, environmental, manufacturing, guard services, IT, retail, amongst others. She has worked closely with DCAA and DCMA to ensure cost compliance and has a thorough knowledge of 8(a) contracting. Kathy graduated from University of Alaska Anchorage and received her MBA from Colorado State University.

Tom Holodak serves as Chief Information Officer at Leisnoi, Inc., bringing over 25 years of executive IT leadership experience across government, retail, and manufacturing sectors. A United States Army veteran with specialized training in Signal Intelligence, Tom combines his military precision with formal education in Computer Science to deliver exceptional technological solutions that drive business growth. At Dako Industries, as Co-Owner and President, Tom spearheaded a comprehensive digital transformation that yielded 200% top-line sales growth, implementing cloud-based ERP systems, telephony solutions, and dual e-commerce platforms while expanding product offerings from 30,000 to 35,000 parts. His hands-on leadership style extends across all operational areas, from sophisticated inventory management of a 5000 square foot warehouse to international vendor negotiations that consistently optimize supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Prior to his entrepreneurial success, Tom transformed technological capabilities at multiple organizations, including 8K Solutions, where he quadrupled the customer base within 18 months, and Eckler Industries, where his 20-year tenure as Vice President of Information Technology revolutionized their digital presence—increasing web sales from 5% to 47% through innovative e-commerce strategies. His expertise in corporate development is evidenced by his hands-on approach to company acquisitions ranging from $1 million to over $20 million in value, where he actively participated in critical decision-making meetings and strategic planning processes. This acquisition experience complemented his collaborative management approach that enabled efficient oversight of 300+ employees while delivering substantial operational improvements, including 160 hours of monthly administrative time savings through ERP optimization and annual capital expenditure reductions of $200,000 through strategic contract negotiations.

Robert Miller is a dynamic and accomplished executive with a proven track record of strategic leadership across diverse industries. As a Vice President at Leisnoi Government Services, an Alaska Native Company specializing in government contracting, he expertly manages day-to-day operations in the professional services line of business, while strategically pursuing and securing professional services and information technology contracts within the Federal Government sector. Drawing on his legal education and extensive operational background, Mr. Miller excels at reinforcing strategic partnerships, identifying target opportunities, and orchestrating complex contracts from inception to completion. His analytical approach drives growth through data-informed insights, while his commitment to standardization and process improvement enhances organizational efficiency.
During his tenure at AOR International, he collaborated with executive management to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans that maximized efficiency through comprehensive process analysis. His expertise in contract management and financial planning has consistently delivered exceptional results across multiple industries. Prior to his current role, Mr. Miller served as Chief Operating Officer at Jobsite Steel Manufacturing, where he coordinated production of cold-formed steel products and managed manufacturing plants nationwide. His strategic leadership transformed the company’s financial performance, increasing annual revenue while negotiating contracts valued over $28 million. Impressively, he improved gross profit margin from 7.7% to 26.6% while simultaneously reducing monthly overhead by 32%. Mr. Miller’s operational expertise extends to his successful leadership at Riverhead Homes, where he managed multiple manufacturing facilities while simultaneously overseeing development projects encompassing 1,500+ homes with revenue exceeding $120 million. His implementation of innovative sales models and production methodologies doubled year-over-year growth. At Gateway Global, he demonstrated extraordinary international logistics capabilities, managing $350 million in worldwide product movement, negotiating over 300 international commodity contracts valued above $1.3 billion, and coordinating 96 maritime vessels operating in more than 20 countries.
A graduate of NSU School of Law with a Juris Doctor and Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Miller’s educational foundation complements his extensive professional experience. His unique combination of legal knowledge, operational expertise, and strategic vision makes him an exceptional leader capable of driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across complex organizations.

Tamie Taylor, CDP, CDS, CDT, CIT, MPM is the Vice President of Construction Operations for Leisnoi Government Services. Ms. Taylor has 40 years of construction, project management and government contracting experience. Ms. Taylor began working with the Alaska Native community in 1992 and has worked for and with Native Corporations for more than 27 years. Ms. Taylor has honed her professional management and government contracting skills as an executive officer or manager for various Alaska Native corporations.
Ms. Taylor has a Masters Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science as well as receiving certification accreditations from NEF and CSI. She utilized this education to move from the construction field to the C Suite. Mrs. Taylor is heavily involved in the Alaska AGC and ABC organizations as well as being a founding member of the UAA Construction Management Advisory Board.
She is a past national president of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and has been president of the Alaska NAWIC chapter multiple times and is also involved in the Anchorage SAME Post.
In 2019, Ms. Taylor was recognized by the Associated General Contractors of Alaska (AGC) with the esteemed Hard Hat award and NAWIC Member of the year in 2021. She is a 2008 Athena Society Inductee, received the Alaska Top 40 under 40 in 2002 and recognized as and Alaska Constructive Women in 2005 & 2017.
Ms. Taylor spends her non-work time volunteering in the community with 100+ Women Who Care, NAWIC and AGC.

Curtis B. Vaughn, EMBA, PMP®, is a distinguished executive with over three decades of strategic leadership in environmental investigation, remediation, management, sustainability, and emergency response. As the Vice President for the Environmental Business Line at Leisnoi Government Services, an 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation specializing in government contracting, Curtis oversees all facets of the environmental business line, including strategic planning, operational management, and client relations. His role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, leveraging his extensive experience in managing high-impact projects to deliver exceptional results.
During his tenure at Tetra Tech, Inc., Curtis served as Vice President and Southeast Operations Manager, where he effectively managed profit and loss, marketing, sales, and resource allocation. His leadership was instrumental in achieving exceptional year-over-year revenue growth and implementing a robust staff retention and career development framework. Prior to his operations role at Tetra Tech, Curtis spent 28 years at Weston Solutions, Inc., where he held various leadership positions, culminating in his role as Federal Program Director. In this capacity, he led a matrixed team to integrate sales and execution strategies for Department of Defense (DoD) and Civilian Agency businesses, managing a national portfolio of projects involving environmental remediation, infrastructure reconstruction/resiliency, disaster response/recovery, geospatial application development, and regulatory compliance.
Curtis’s strategic and servant leadership is underscored by his role in executing transformational initiatives such as guiding nationwide high-risk projects and leading disaster recovery efforts for nationally significant events. His ability to exceed revenue targets and expand client diversity further attests to his exceptional skills and focus on driving organizational growth and success.
Holding an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Fisheries from Texas A&M University, Curtis combines his technical expertise with strong business acumen. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), reinforcing his proficiency in effectively navigating complex project landscapes and delivering sustainable solutions.

Geoff is a people-focused Human Resources Director who is passionate about building workplaces where employees can thrive. With a background in HCM transformation, global branding, and employee benefits, he has led initiatives that strengthen culture, improve processes, and support long-term business growth.
Geoff graduated with a degree in Human Resources from the University of Florida, and has over 22 years of hands-on experience in everything from executive, technical, and high-volume recruitment, HR project management, and policy development and governance. Known for his collaborative style, he enjoys mentoring HR teams, guiding succession planning, and helping leaders connect people strategies to business goals.
